Products

Our candles are 100% natural soy wax, which is natural, and one of the best pet-friendly/dog-safe candle options. Our wicks are also 100% cotton or hemp and therefore lead-free and safe for our precious fur babies! Our scents are paraben-free and phthalate-free, making them safer than other scented options on the market.

Of course, every pet is different, and if there are any noticeable behaviour changes from your pet, please discontinue burning.  

Yes! All orders come gift wrapped, and you can write a gift message - just leave a note and the message under 'special instructions' at checkout!

Our candles vary in shapes and sizes, thus each candle's burn time is different. You can find a candle's approximate burn time in its description. Please keep in mind different factors play into burn time!

With soy wax being a natural product, it may develop a thin white layer on the surface of a candle, also known as 'frosting'

If this happens to your candle, simply dampen a cloth with warm water and rub it into the candle - it should come out good as new!

Frosting does not affect the burn/performance of your candle.

Shipping

For customers that live in the GTA and would prefer to pick-up their order, use the code: PICKUP at checkout. You will be notified in 2-5 business days via email/text when your order is ready to be picked up. We are located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. 

Rush orders/pick-ups can be arranged, for more information please contact us at support@soyeux.ca. Please note additional charges may occur due to the short time frame given.

Please allow 2-7 business days for your candles to be made! (Not including weekends or holidays.) All candles are handmade in small batches to ensure quality control, and may be remade if they are deemed imperfect to our standards.

If you need your candles sooner feel free to contact us at support@soyeux.ca for a rush order! (Additional fees may be applied)

Shipping is FREE for all Canadian and US orders over $50. Orders below $50 will have a $10 shipping flat rate fee.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns/exchanges. All orders are handmade just for you and are final sale. If there are any product damages during shipping please contact at support@soyeux.ca with photos within 72 hours of receiving your order.
