Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-7 business days for your candles to be made. All candles are handmade in small batches to ensure quality control and may be remade if they are deemed imperfect to our standards.

After we have shipped your order, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. 

We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses.

Please note with COVID-19, there may be delays with our shipping partners - we appreciate your patience at this time. 

Canada

  • Standard shipping - 4 to 9 business days
  • Express - 1 to 2 business days
United States
  • Standard shipping - 2 to 10 business days
  • Express - 1 to 4 business days

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipping within North America will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. All orders are handmade just for you and are final sale.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with photos) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 72 hours of arrival. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

All sales are FINAL - we do not accept any order cancellations. We work quickly to complete orders as soon as possible. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
